How many more years are you going to spend healing?
You've read the books. Done the therapy. Given it years. And still, something keeps repeating. The same patterns. The same reactions. The same quiet pull back toward who you used to be.
It isn't that the work failed. It's that a part of you was never in the room for it. The younger you who first learned to survive, to hide, and to hold it together has been waiting to be met.
I'm Andrew McCarthy, and this is the work I guide people home to. Not another method to fix what was never broken, but a return to the parts of you that got left behind, so you can finally set down what was never yours to carry alone.
This is a bridge to source. Welcome home.

About Andrew
My path to this work did not begin with a plan. It began with an awakening.
In 2018, after a series of events that broke my life open, I came to a threshold I could not walk past. I realized that if I wanted to be free, I had to begin the healing journey myself. So I did.
What started as survival became a calling. I fell deeply in love with spirituality, with the slow and honest work of developing my intuition, and with the freedom that comes from no longer being tethered to my past. Along the way I was blessed with meaningful teachers, and I have worked with a few sacred medicines that opened doors I did not know existed.
But there is one thing I have never done. I have never built my work from other people's material.
Whenever I went into the deep, meditative places, I heard the same truth again and again: the source of what I was seeking was not on a shelf, not in someone else's book. It was inside my own heart. So that is where I learned to listen. The work I offer today was not assembled from theories or borrowed frameworks. It was inspired by my real, lived experience, and remembered from the divine source within.
That is also what I hope to give you. Not another authority to follow, but a way back to your own. I believe every one of us carries the knowing we are searching for, and that healing is less about acquiring something new than remembering what was always there.
I see now that none of my past was wasted. Every experience, even the ones that brought me to my knees, was meaningful, and each one led me here, to the work of guiding others home to their own inner remembrance, and to becoming their own inner authority.
I do not guide from theory. I guide from lived experience. There are few forms of pain, darkness, or loss I have not walked through myself, and I would not trade any of it, because it is what allows me to sit across from you and be fully present, without flinching from whatever you carry. When I say I understand, I mean it. And because I found my way back, I can help you find your way back too.
Wherever you are on your path, there is a way for us to walk it together.
This is a bridge to source. I would be honored to walk it beside you.
A Five-Week Journey Home to Yourself
You've done the inner work. The books. The therapy. The years of trying. And still, something keeps repeating. The same patterns. The same reactions. The same quiet pull back toward who you used to be.
It isn't that the work failed. It's that a part of you was never in the room for it. The younger you who first learned to brace, to hide, to hold it together, has been waiting to be met.
Inner Remembrance is how you go back for them.
What this journey is
This is not another method to fix what was never broken. Over five weeks, we return to the parts of you that got left behind in the moments that shaped you, so you can finally set down what was never yours to carry alone.
You will not be reliving your past. You will be returning to it as the person you have become, bringing the safety, presence, and understanding those younger parts never received. Gently, and in your own time, you come home to yourself.
The five movements
What is included
A live weekly call with me, one for each of the five weeks, to guide and unpack the work together. The full Inner Remembrance materials, released week by week. Grounding practices, guided reflections, and closing rituals to move the work from your mind into your body. And the Remembrance Cycle, a practice you keep for life, so this becomes something you carry, not something that ends.
This journey is for you if
Coming home was never about arriving somewhere. It is not a place you reach. It is a moment you finally stop running from, and step fully into, this body, this breath, this life you are already living.
This journey is for you if you are ready for that. Ready to free yourself from the past that keeps pulling you backward, and to be truly present in the life in front of you. You do not need to feel strong. You only need to be willing to go back for the parts of yourself still waiting to be found.
I will say this plainly, because it matters. This is tender work, and some stretches ask more of you than others. That is not a sign anything is wrong. It is often the very place the shift begins. You will not be alone in it. Continuing with your own therapist or doctor is always welcome and wise, and this work walks beside that care, never in place of it. And if at any point along the way you feel you would like more support, my sessions are here for you, one to one, whenever you need them, during the five weeks and beyond. You never have to walk the tender parts alone.
Begin
If something in you recognizes this, trust that. The part of you that has been waiting is the same part that brought you here.
The best way to begin is a conversation. Book a free fifteen-minute discovery call, and we will explore whether this journey is right for you, answer your questions, and talk through everything, including the investment. No pressure, just presence.
This is a bridge to source. Welcome home.
Private Guidance
Sometimes what you need most is not a program or a ceremony. It is a steady presence beside you. Someone to help you make sense of what is surfacing, and remember who you are underneath it.
Private Guidance is one-to-one work with me, held over Zoom, for integration, transformational guidance, and intuitive healing. We meet wherever you are, and we begin right there.
This space is for you if
- You are moving through Inner Remembrance and something tender has surfaced that you would like to explore one to one.
- You have walked through ceremony and want dedicated integration, so the experience becomes lasting change rather than a fading memory.
- Or you are simply navigating a season of life and want a guide. No program, no ceremony required. Just honest, grounded, intuitive support.
What these sessions offer
A safe, unhurried space to be fully honest. Help making sense of your patterns, your emotions, and what they are asking of you. Intuitive insight that reaches what words alone cannot. And practical, grounded guidance you can carry back into your everyday life.
Wherever you are on the path, you do not have to navigate it alone. This is a bridge to source, and sometimes the bridge is simply a conversation.
Ceremonial Work
Some journeys ask for more than words. There are thresholds in a life that call for something sacred, a deeper meeting with yourself, held with reverence, safety, and care.
This work is not a first step, and it is not for everyone. It is for those who feel a genuine call toward deeper remembrance and transformation, and who are ready to be met there with intention and presence.
This may be for you if
- You feel a pull toward something deeper than talk or study alone.
- You have done meaningful inner work and sense you are ready for a more profound threshold.
- You are seeking a space held with true care, reverence, and integrity.
If something in you recognizes this, that knowing is worth honoring.
How to begin
This work begins with a conversation, never a checkout. If you feel called, the first step is simply to reach out. We will speak together, explore whether this is right for you and where you are on your path, and let the way forward reveal itself from there.
This is a bridge to source. If it is calling you, trust that.
Retreats & Group Journeys
There is a particular kind of healing that only happens in the presence of others. The parts of us that were shaped in isolation begin to soften in belonging. What we witness in another, we find permission for in ourselves. And the remembering deepens, held not only by our own courage, but by the circle around us.
For groups who feel called to gather, I guide retreats and group journeys in two distinct forms.
Inner Remembrance Retreats
The five-week journey home, held as a shared experience in person. Together, a circle moves through the movements of returning, releasing, reconnecting, reintegrating, and remembering, each person walking their own path while held by the group. This is for communities, friends, or gatherings of like-hearted people who want to do the deep inner work side by side, and to heal in the company of others rather than alone.
Ceremonial Retreats
For those called to a deeper, sacred threshold, held in the reverence and safety of a shared container. This work is for groups who feel a genuine pull toward profound remembrance and transformation, gathered with intention and care. As with all of this work, it begins with a conversation, never a checkout.
Why gather
Something happens in a circle that cannot happen alone. Isolation is often where the wound began, and belonging is where it begins to heal. In a group, your courage is met by the courage of others. You are witnessed, and in being witnessed, you remember you were never as alone as you feared. The work becomes not only a personal return, but a shared one.
This may be for you if
- You have a group, a community, or a circle of friends who feel called to do this work together.
- You are a facilitator, leader, or host seeking to create a meaningful experience for your people.
- Or you simply feel the pull toward gathering, and trust that the right people will come.
How to begin
Every retreat is shaped with intention, around the people it is for. If you feel called to gather, the first step is a conversation. We will explore who your group is, what they are seeking, and how to hold a space that serves them.
This is a bridge to source. Some of us are meant to cross it together.
Let's Begin a Conversation

The best way to begin is a conversation. Reach out below, or book a free fifteen-minute discovery call, and we will find the right next step together. No pressure. Just presence.
